Fish Floss Yu Song is highly loved throughout Taiwan and and all of Asia.It is crispy and extremely flaky. This is a favorite appetizer that is well loved throughout all of Asia.  Yu Song is a favorite topping used over many different foods throughout Asia. Each country has their favorite uses for this topping. It is often used over soy milk, tofu, and other soy products as a topping. Yu Song is is a delight. 

Yu Song is also a major filling for all the different types of buns. Stemmed buns are a delicious offering throughout Asia. It is especially good when made with Yu Song. Then of course, you can just dip right in and have a snack. Yu Song was well liked everywhere our team went. 

If one food would come to mind, that is well liked in all of Asia and Southeast Asia, it is Yu Song. There is no better traditional food than Yu Song. Even through there are many names for Yu Song, it  is still  the same crispy and flaky shredded dried fish. 

As you are traveling throughout Taiwan, be sure to ask for it. Most people will recognize Yu Song, as that is the Chinese Name, even though each area has it's own name. Anytime, is a perfect time, to have a Yu Song adventure. You will recognize small differences as you move throughout the Island Of Taiwan.
