Blessed Love my fellow travellers,

My dream is to work at 17 Mile Post in the jamaican Blue Mountains. I found this place 6 years ago, when I took a trip to Jamaica. I wanted to stay only a few days, I ended up staying for one month, and I keep returning ever since. 17 mile post means soo much to me because it's soo unique and you can expierence real serentiy tranquility and be one with nature.
Those mountains are soo beautiful, the air is fresh, being a guest there you can expierence the amazing euopean-jamaican fusion cuisine of the eits cafe, where only fresh home grown vegetable from the farm are use to cook amazing meals.
My friend Robyn really puts her heart into 17 mile post, she is an amazing host and really cares about her guests. She knows how to make people welcome and show them the real jamaican expierence. Robyn became my close friend and I asked her if I could come and help her with this amazing project after I finished my education at the hospitality school. I am almost done, just one exam is left. I worked at a hotel during my education and I really love my job, I love making people happy and working in a hotel you are part of making their memories great.
Jamaica has given me soo much, as I went there to volunteer in a children's home, right after my father's sudden death in 2009.
The Jamaicans and their culture is so positive, you just cannot be sad there.
Being a part of the mount edge's staff I can show visitors my amazing little sweet island, and be a part of this amazing team. Robyn's staff are all from the community around and they have become my family.
