RE: Cuba - An eye-opening experience

in #travel7 years ago

Thanks @jdwolicki, much appreciated! It really was an unforgettable experience. We made it as far down as Patagonia and finished in Brazil and I could’ve happily gone back to the start and done it all again had the money not run out... I was not ready to go back home to real life.
I’ll have the next post up in a couple of days, and there are plenty more posts and photos to come.

Where did you and your wife explore?

I don’t want this to turn into a novel...but we separated it into three loops. Europe, South America, and Asia (inc Australia and NZ). Did over 25 countries...at least a week in each country...almost like a world sampler, haha. In South America did Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia. Highlights were Machu Picchu and skiing the Andes in Chile. Back home now and getting antsy. Haha

Really looking forward to hearing more from you. I also started a blog and it’s been great writing all our adventures down....as you probably can relate.

Wow that sounds like a great trip too! We are trying to decide on where to go for our next trip now.

I saw you had some great photos on here, are there any posts to read about your trip too?
