Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Please make sure to add a proper descritpion to your entry as this was the reason on few occasionas when I could not pick the best image as it had a very poor description. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

Please see the winner of Asian Sunday, Australian Monday, Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans, African Wednesday, European Thursday and North American Friday to give them your support if you like their image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for them by upvoting their winner announcement posts below:

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #5 – winner announcement!

@jon24jon24 entry post for Australian Monday is below:

Enjoying the view from the peak of Mount Beerwah (Glass House Mountain National Park). The hike is about 3-4 hours long. This included steep, strenuous climb with sheer rock faces. There is a danger zone of where rocks can fall at any time. One of the requirements of the hike was that you have to be fit and be able to climb at 50-70 degree slope. Children are not recommended to climb Mount Beerwah but we still saw children with their family hiking up this strenuous climb. All in all, if you go to Glass House Mountain National Park, you should definitely do the summit route because you have that amazing view at the end.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Tuesday of Antarctica and the world’s oceans week #5 – winner announcement!

@extremejogging entry for Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans:

I've had the priviledge to work on a number of secret military projects in my life. On one of them I found myself in a secret facility next to the Red Sea. Needless to say, at sunset after work, I went for countless snorkling sessions. The sea life in this area is incredible... I'll probably never get there again.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday week #5 – winner announcement!

@wachera African Wednesday entry:

Lake Turkana in Kenya, Africa, is the world's largest desert lake. The greater Turkana region is greatly unvisited, despite the fact it offers some of the most amazing experiences. Here's one of the sunrise shots I took. I promise it's more breathtaking when you see it in person 😁

@schmidthappens European Thursday entry:

Last year, I finally got the opportunity to visit Venice, Italy for the first time. The beauty and magic of this city surpassed even my expectations. Everywhere you turn are incredible shots like this one. It's a city I look forward to visiting again.

@schmidthappens North American entry:

This photo is the 2nd sunset of 2017. I was in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with a great group of friends and we chartered a boat for a sunset cruise on Jan 2nd. It really was the perfect way to end our New Years trip together.

Photo of the Carrao River at Canaima National Park at the Venezuelan Amazonia. This National Park is the sixth largest national park in the world. The colour of the river water is like tea due to the tannin of the tree leaves.

That is fantastic! Stay tuned for the winner announcement.

Hi, can you let me know when did you take this picture?

It was a long time ago. At the end of the 90's.

One of the best views in Salvador de Bahia, Brasil, is Lighthouse of Barra.

I would say Salvador is very deceptive: nice architecture and picturesque landscapes are mixed with poverty and high criminality. Even for Brasil the level of criminalistic there is not low.

Amazing and beautiful photos

Yet another amazing entry from you! Thank you so much. Tomas

This is my first South American entry. This is from the small mountain town of Otuzco in the northwestern part of Peru with an elevation of 8,665 ft (2,641m). I didn't really feel the altitude but some of my colleagues on the trip with me definitely did. This is a beautiful, rural town built on an agricultural economy. My experience there was definitely a memorable one.

Another great addition to the challenge. Thanks ever so much!

The Salto Kamá is located in Santa Elena de Uairén, Venezuela. It is a group of waterfalls. I went last year, and it was an unbelievable journey. The first thing that came to my mind while witnessing this beauty was a quote from Heraclitus: “Everything flows and nothing abides”.

Great picture, excellent post! Stay tuned for the winner announcement coming soon. Tomas

This is my South America entry. Pictures taken in Playa Juventud, Bahia de Pampatar, Venezuela.

@czechglobalhosts Here is my entry. This photo was taken in the very south of Argentina at a town called Ushuaia. Ushuaia is the gateway to Antarctica for many people.

Great image. However, I cannot consider it for the competition as it was entered after closing time and is lacking the description of 30 to 50 words. Thank you for understanding. Tomas

No problem, I will give another try next week.

@czechglobalhosts,
Hope to see another amazing photography today!

Cheers~

Me too, yesterday was amazing!

@czechglobalhosts
