Touristic places of venezuela - TOP #7

As most of us are on vacation, in this post I bring a TOP # 7 of the tourist sites that are in my country Venezuela!
#1) Los Roques
The National Park Archipelago of Los Roques was founded in 1972, under the presidency of Rafael Caldera. It consists of about 50 islands and about 292 keys and banks of great diversity and scenic beauty. It is located in the Caribbean Sea, almost in a straight line north of the city of Caracas.
#2) La Gran Sabana
La Gran Sabana is a region located southeast of Venezuela that extends to the border with Brazil and Guyana. La Gran Sabana is part of one of Venezuela's largest National Parks, Canaima National Park, which offers unique landscapes with rivers, waterfalls, valleys, jungles, tepuis, and much more.
#3) El Salto Angel
El Salto Angel e is located in the Canaima National Park in Bolivar State. It is the highest jump in the world, fifteen times higher than the Niagara Falls. The mountain from which it rises and rises is known as "The Auyantepuy" and is a gigantic flat plateau (Tepuy).
It gained fame in 1937, after the American aviator and adventurer James C. Angel (of whom receives the name) landed on the Auyantepuy in search of supposed gold in the top of the mountain..
#4 Roraima
Roraima is the highest point in the chain of tepuis plateaus of the Pacaraima mountain range, in South America. The tops of the park's plateaus are considered to be some of the oldest geological formations on Earth, dating back two billion years, in the Precambrian.
#5) Colonia Tovar
Founded in 1843 by a group of German and Dutch immigrants from the then independent state of Baden. It is characterized by maintaining the cultural imprint of its origin. Today the Colonia Tovar depends basically on agriculture and tourism.
#6) Cueva del Guacharo
The Guácharo Cave was first visited in 1799 by the German naturalist Alejandro de Humboldt. It is located 4km from the nearest town that is Caripe del Guácharo, north of Monagas State, right in the Cerro Negro sector of the Caripe massif. It is carved in sedimentary rocks that were formed 130 million years ago in the secondary era in an ancient sea.
#7)Bahia de Cata
And finally, the Bahia de Cata is a beach in the state of Aragua, of great extension, very fine sand, and crystal clear waters, it is here where I spend my December vacation and without any doubt it is the best beach in venezuela !! (my opinion)
