My visit to lahore

There is saying in lahore(jis ny lahore nae dekha woh jamumya e nae) which goes as those who haven't seen lahore are as if they are not born.

I was sitting with my friends and out of now where they started talking about lahore and within moments made up a plan to go lahore. Well i wasn't ready mentally for it but since i was on my winter vacations and i had absolutely nothing else do to so they convinced me to join them with very little efforts ofcource.

By the way for those who doesn't know what and where lahore is, it is capital of punjab province of Pakistan.

Moving on, we went to the train station where we were told that there are no seats available for us but my friends being psychos decided to jump onto the train without tickets, which we did. Once the train left we all tried our very best to keep our self out of the sight of ticket collector since we had no tickets ,which worked hardly for 20 mints after which we all were caught hiding in washroom together. Well at first we were told jump of the train but after several requests he charged us for the tickets along with fines, well the good part was that we all were now legal passenger on the train though still there were no seats for us and we had to sit on the floor just out side the toilets. Finally we reached lahore after enjoying the natural fragrances from the toilets almost for three hours.

Now our next mission was to find a hotel to sleep in oh and it was around 3 am. After trying several places we finally found a hotel.
Lying in the bed i asked myslef if all this was worth it like i could have saved money, time, my energy, my nose! and my respect by not agreeing to become a part of this journey and slept.

We were there for three days and we tried our very best to explore all of this city. Lahore turned out to be a place which has the power to compel you to explore it more and more. One can find it everything he desires to see. Ancient old buildings and culture preserved among people with as modernism as this era can get, different religions, different people ,different cultures and the food over is totally out of the books,
Inshort on my way back i I told myself 'yes it was worth it it totally was and yes we did buy the tickets on our way back.

its was my unforgetable moments.
