Tourist Goa Kebon

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

Not only rich in culture, Indonesia also has a lot of extraordinary natural beauty. However, not all of them are fully explored and some are not well known to tourists. One of them is Kebon Cave in Dusun Tujuh, Krembangan Village, Panjatan Subdistrict, Kulon Progo.

Whereas Kebon Cave itself has a variety of interesting natural potential. One of them is a beautiful waterfall that holds a unique story.

The specialty of waterfalls in Goa Kebon is that the flow never dries up, according to the local people, this happens because the waterfall is not dependent on any river stream or comes directly from the source.

Not far from there, there is a special spring named Sendang Kiai Pitu. It is not clear what the specific meaning behind the naming is. But clearly (allegedly) many people believe the water from these sources can cure various diseases.

As mentioned earlier, the waterfall in Goa Kebon has a large cave, according to local officials saying the width of Goa reaches five meters.

Goa Kebon is well worth a visit for nature tour enthusiasts, especially caves. Once inside, we will be immediately greeted with stunning views of stalactites and stalagmites.

There are even stalactites and stalagmites that both ends meet each other, to form a pole buffer. Unfortunately, there is no complete information on how deep the cave is and how far a visitor can enter.

Although it has been developed since last year, until now Goa Kebon natural attractions are still not officially launched. This is what is said to make many residents Kulon Progo and surrounding areas are still foreign to this one natural destination..
