Maybe Sahabat Sporto is still foreign to the island of Litla Dimun in the Faroe Islands. This small island is located between the islands of Suouroy and Stora Dimun. The area of less than 100 hectares makes this island the smallest of the 18 islands in the Faroe Islands.

Litla Dimun is a small island between Suouroy Island and Stora Dimun in the Faroe Islands. The smallest island of 18 main islands, with a land area of only about 100 hectares, and the only one that is uninhabited.
One of the most striking features of the island is often cloud covered. This type of cloud is known as the Lenticular cloud. So called because it is shaped like a lens.
Lenticular clouds are always stationary (fixed) and when formed on top of a mountain or island, like Litla Dimun, it looks like a magnificent hat.
The southern part of the island is just a cliff, and the rest is the Slaettirnir mountain that reaches 414 meters (1,358 feet).
The island is never inhabited by humans, but there are many sheep that supposedly have been breeding since ancient times. The island is difficult to access and can only be achieved in perfect weather.
If the atmosphere supports can be visited but with a very challenging path. Need to climb using a rope to arrive at the island of Litla Dimun. Usually, this island is used to shepherd the sheep.
From the 13th century, this island is used to raise sheep. Once there this place also found extinct wild sheep. Currently Litla Dimun is owned by Danish Kingdom.
