SF Snippets: When you're feeling blue, this guy's here for you!
One of my favourite characters at SteemFest²! This guy oversaw a lot of the activity near to the LX Factory in Lisbon. He was keeping a look out for rogue Steemians in and around the fine Portuguese capital. And check out that sky! Blue is all around ;).
