For MSP/PAL, you need to send them an appeal and they will put you through a Q&A process, to check if whatever you did wrong you will change (I think)
Use this post - there's a link there at the bottom - you need to ask yourself, I can't do for you as I asked for another friend before too... She also had to request personally. Good luck!
