How to Create a Trip Itinerary Using Google Maps - Part 1

Dear steemians,

Today , I want to share with you How to Plan a Trip Itinerary Using Google Maps.

To start...

(1) Go to https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/ and create a new map.

(2)In the top left-hand corner, click ; Untitled map to give your map a name.

For eg;Europe 2018

(3)Use the search bar at the top to start adding locations to your map.

for eg, Paris

(4)In Paris, search and add the places that you want to go.. Repeat this step for your other location of interests to add to your map.

(5)Once you’ve added all the locations to your map, you can customize the icons. Click on a location in the list on the left, then click the paint bucket icon.

The map is now more organized with different icons and easily recognizable.

(6)You can also add notes and reminders about certain spots.

(7) To access your customized map, download Google maps to your mobile . Sign in with your account and from there you can access all the places you have saved.
