Adventure in the Plains Apureños
Hello steemians very good day, today it fills me with joy to present you a paradise hidden from my land, where thank God since childhood I have been given the opportunity to enjoy with my family and friends; As I mentioned, the adventure is part of me, and traveling through the Plains Apureños has led me to extreme experiences. I thank Turcuiba S.R.L for making it a reality.
To begin Apure is one of the twenty-three Venezuelan states located in the south-east of the country, its capital is San Fernando de Apure, and is divided into 7 municipalities and 2 districts, the high Apureño district consisting of the municipality Páez and the municipality Rómulo Gallegos; the district under apureño by the municipalities Muñoz, Achaguas, Pedro Camejo, Biruaca and San Fernando.
I will tell you some wonderful things that we can find in the Plains Apureños; which is full of tourism, which can be enjoyed in its beautiful herds and camps. You can travel by land on horseback or in 4x4 trucks, and by barges or canoes through estuaries, rivers and lagoons. Both day and night, enjoying the immensity of the savannah and its beautiful species in flora and fauna.
Beginning the adventure we can take a tour visiting the most iconic typical towns of this region (San Fernando de Apure, Guasdualito, Achaguas, Biruaca, Bruzual, and Elorza) learning from an important historical tour of these cities. There you can enjoy the warmth of its people and its folklore, where if we are lucky we will find the joropo, a traditional dance performed to the rhythm of the harp, cuatro and maracas, and we will taste its typical tasty food, like the llanera veal with yucca, the traditional llanero pabellón de chigüire, the fried palometa , the famous sancocho de curito, of a delicious cachapa with cheese or an ostentatious picadillo. All an earthly gastronomic paradise.
In the Llano you can enjoy many guided activities, such as the famous llanero zafari, by land and river where you can appreciate the beauty of the flora and fauna of this region, in its wide savannas and jungles, where we observe its most exotic species, protected and possible in extinction; As the largest rodent in the world, Chigüire, the caramerudo deer, the babo, the Orinoco caiman, the boa, the tonina, the gray heron, the gabán soldado or gabán goliyú, the red corocora, the araguatos, the little owl, the teddy bear, the empty bird, a paradise where there are 480 species of birds, classified by ornithologists, and many other species.
Other of the most enjoyed activities of the navigation by the rivers, is to admire the landscapes, to visit the jungle, to lull with the song of the toninas, to go for a canoe or in the Amazonian barge, or simply to move to completely aphrodisiac beaches of fresh water, enjoy a day as in any beach and practice the extreme fish of piranhas or Caribs, cachámas, participate in the capture of the raid tale or cajaro, one of the Amazon shows whose weight can reach 8o kilograms, the gilt, among others.
