I love training with these lot were one unit one family were much more than a club last year I turned 40 and probably fitter than I was at thirty as I appreciate and understand the importance of cardiovascular exercise.
I train minimum 4 times a week if I don’t train I get miserable n grouchy some times I feel for my partner as I’m horrible to be around but bit of training and I’m mr happy again

We runs a open mat on a Sunday and I cannot wait to do it all again
