Entrenamiento al aire libre, un grupo maravilloso de mi comunidad, donde asisten generalmente más de 50 personas, todas con el mismo objetivo, entrenar fuerte, agotar tus fuerzas, llevarte al límite, sudar, compartir, reír, en fin pasarla muy bien. Es una energía maravillosa, al aire libre. Ese día hicimos entre otras cosas, traslado de trineos, es una divinura, me encantó. 100 % recomendada, este tipo de actividades, para renovar tu energía y sentirte bien.
