ROBINHOOD AVAILABLE IN MORE US STATES NOW
It all began with four US states in the first months of 2018 and more were subsequently added to the list. Now the count rises to a total of 24.
Robinhood , a rather popular Crypto Trading App, expands the list and now also residents of Rhode Island, Tennessee and Arkansas can use the platform.
Robinhood provides free trading of options, crypto, ETFs and stocks and it was launched in February 2018.
The platform supports the following cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, ETC and BCH.
In the past months, flags were raised about how Robinhood earns revenues (being a zero-commission service).
One of the sources of revenue is Robinhood Gold, a package that costs up to $200/month, allowing margin trading and extended-hours trading. Another way to collect revenue is from interests on customer deposits.
Robinhood has more than 4 million verified accounts, at the time of writing.
