behind the scenes, big things are happening. I believe big players are keeping prices low until they get the green light that allows institutional money to invest. I bet these big players are friends/partners with the institutions that are trying to get into crypto. If price goes up now they will be left behind and miss out on making millions/billions. or they can manipulate the price to stay low until they can legally enter the market. That scenario just makes sense to me, not sure if its true.

BAKKT will be the onramp for a lot of institutional money. check out my article or just research about BAKKT and see what it's trying to accomplish. It will basically be a crypto onramp for instuitional money.
