| http://NeptuneDigitalAssets.com got halted on Jan 5/23 it closed at $0.17 & its Net Asset Value (NAV) was approx: $0.33/share & #Bitcoin was trading around $16.8K.

Now that $BTC is trading roughly $12k higher, it will be interesting to see where it opens at, what the NAV will be & how low or above it we'll be trading at.

I suspect that they will have to file 1st quarter earnings (Period ending Nov. 30/22) before the halt get's lifted and from what I've heard those will be done sometime this week.

One good outcome out of this audit is the fact that the auditors were real sticklers for detail and have laid the groundwork for future digital asset audits.

Currently #Bitcoin appears to be setting up for a #Bullish flag #Breakout so there should be lots of eye's anxiously waiting for this puppy to open.
