Where do they come from? I have no idea at all.
I cannot talk until I am sure, anyway, they are on a watch list from cleaners. But no worry @ecotone they have no power at all so when they downvote you even by a group it may take 4 to 8 accounts to get you down 0.01, but when I get sure about it I will tell you.
