It's not impossible, but $250,000 btc is a much more optimistic view of the possible price action that has fairly limited evidence in it's support. Lee has been much more reserved in his macro market predictions going into the future. Even people who are bullish on crypto long term generally would say it's hard to imagine that kind of capital coming into the entire market place since that's about a 30x price target right now....yeah rather pie in the sky. Most people who actually tend to use the charts and more TA backed predictions would not project that kind of growth, even on their more optimistic days. I can't say I don't hope we get there, that would be lovely. Just when it comes to investments, keep your expectations clear and realistic.
