That's quite the pile of GI Joes! I don't know much about their value or collectability, but I find them interesting.
I use a few ditterent ones for people on my G scale trains, even though they're a bit big. They're roughly 1/18th scale, I think.
I've replaced a couple of O rings on them in the past. :-)
