What is the topmost problem in the world?

What is the topmost problem in the world? In Bangladesh once we learned that it is population inflation but some developed countries proved this idea quite contradictory. Some people might say it is ignorance. Politicians may say it is lack of democracy in world countries. Socialists say it is capitalism and exploitation of labor. So what do I believe? I will say it is absence of World Bank.

Are you surprised? Do you know a World Bank? Are you related with a World Bank? Can you show me your World Bank account number? Actually there is no World Bank though there is a bank named World Bank.

I believe every human being including a newly born child should have a world identity number that could be his World Bank account number. Every human being should be profit sharer of World Bank. World Bank should have two kinds of fund 1) Increasing and 2) Flexible. Increasing Fund will be invested in comparatively safe and secure economic investment areas. Flexible Fund will be used for risk taking investments, protecting increasing funds from being decreased, paying salaries etc. If you donate simply 1 dollar in Increasing Fund it does mean that you helped all the people of the world for unlimited time. You can help World Bank as an entrepreneur also. World Bank will tie up human being, help improve democracy, protect capitalism from being a burden for the world.

World Banks increasing fund will be a strong index of human development. People will find a common goal to work with, a true relationship that can be trusted. This relationship will encourage developing all good human behavior.
