One Way to Grow Larger Tomatoes
Homegrown tomatoes are just the best! When picked straight from the vine and eaten right away, you will get plenty of Vitamin C that helps build your immune system.
But there are some things that you ought to know about growing your own tomatoes. They don't like a lot of water and often get virsuses.
The thing is...you can control the virsuses and pick off the suckers so that you will have large beautiful tomatoes for eating and for your enjoyment.
It's so easy to grow your own tomatoes, either in a container or you can plant them straight into the ground.
Got any advice on keeping squirrels away? I just posted my garden yesterday and we added a couple decoy plants but those damn squirrels always make off with the largest tomatoes and hardly even eat them...wasteful little jerks.
Yes, I do have some advice for you. Cover your tomatoe plants with a large piece of cheese cloth. Then spray garlic water mixed with dawn dish soap. This will keep the squirrels away from your tomatoes.
Hmm, interesting. I assume then remove the cheese cloth?
