Ohio Teens Given Suspended Sentences For Dropping Sandbag Off Overpass That Killed Man
3 teens aged 14 and 1 teen age 13 were being held at the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center on felony charges.

Marquise Byrd of Warren, Michigan was in the passenger seat heading south on Interstate 75 when these troubled teens dropped a sandbag off the overpass which seriously injured Marquise.
He was rushed to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio where he died a few days later.
The teens all plead guilty to murder or manslaughter, but their sentence were all suspended.
Instead they were ordered to a treatment center on Friday.
