Yokohama Japan photos
Yokohama is a short 30 minute train ride south of Tokyo. It’s small enough to take in all the sights on a leisurely stroll.
Interesting sights include old port building, China town, Motomachi shopping district, Yamashita harbor park, red brick storage building, and Nissin instant noodle museum.
We visited the Chinatown area and explored the port area including Nissin Cup Noodles Museum. Agree with you, Yokohama is small enough to explore in a day's trip. Nice, spacious, quiet walk tourists like us. But, surprisingly, Yokohama is actually the largest city after the special wards of Tokyo, in terms of population. 3.7 million of them. But we don't feel as crowded as Tokyo.

Yes, I like Yokohama. The harbor gives it a more spacious feel. I can’t stay in TK too long without getting claustrophobic lol.
