Topic: Joining the New Season at Silver II and trying Splinterlands.io

I just saw the announcement about the soft launch of Splinterlands.io and it reminded me that I needed to get back in the game this season. I played a game or two in the season already, but not enough to unlock my first daily. Finding I was three wins in, I queued for a few new matches and then hit Silver II just in time for the daily quest reward!

A couple of golds, some rare and Epic, no Legendary. It's a good haul, and it seems my potions are helping quite a bit here. This was my fifth use of the potion that adds five cards to daily rewards (I have only finished five dailies since DEC release? I need to up my game). Time to top up that potion, but I have earned just enough DEC to keep the ball rolling.

Ended up in forum on splinterlands.io instead of on the regular site. No ability to mess with tags... that means it probably posts as a comment under a parent thread somewhere, and none of my followers will see it. That's a severe limitation of forum style Condensers... they need to use json meta-data to group posts into forum, but still allow people to post at 'top-level' across other condensers and choose which tags to use.

I could by wrong and this may be top level. I will know soon enough.
