Blockchain Ecosystem for African Farming.

in #token6 years ago

Great companies were presenting at the Cassiopeia Summer Symposium last week in Central London. I want to share the presentation of Chris Cleverly, Executive Chairman of the UK leading pioneer in Africa Agritech and blockchain commodity, Block Commodities. He discussed the disruptive power of blockchain and cryptocurrencies in developing countries, focussing on Africa farming and Commodity trading. Block has built a unique blockchain-based ecosystem that, addressing the high-interest rate problem to borrow fertiliser, promote financial inclusion as well incentivising a tokenised sharing economy where efficiency is reached via shameless crypto transactions and value chain movements. Small-holders farmers will get access to fertiliser and will be able to maximise their production in a new efficient and interconnected ecosystem.

Block works in partnership with key leaders in the Blockchain space such as Dala/Wala platform, GMEX group and Swarm Fund.
