very good post. I went to a makeup instruction and they talked about castor oil for eyelashes. I went and bought some at the health food store. The lady said to apply it with an eyeliner brush at night. Then it is at the roots of the lashes. Maybe then it would not make your eyes swell. She said the same as you that it will over time make your lashes thicker.
