If you want to become a professional in any activity - the first thing to begin with, is to overcome your habits. It is an extra ballast, which you have to carry every day.

1. To not keep promises.

We often give a promise to someone and trying to do our best to keep it. But it is not according to ourselves. We promise ourselves to start eat a healthy food or go to the gym, but it remains an empty promises.
Try to start rewarding yourself for every goal that has been achieved, this should give a worthwhile result. Or try to publicize your goal, not only in your head, but also to others. Let yourself be embarrassed in front of these people if you can not achieve what you want.

2. Gadgets before bedtime.

The habit of surfing the Internet on your smartphone or tablet before going to bed - has a detrimental effect on health. The blue glow emanating from the screen ceases producing of melatonin (sleep hormone). You can get insomnia, eye problems, obesity and even cancer.
Take a book instead the tablet, it really helps you fall asleep earlier and feel better in the morning.

3.  Alarm postponement.

It is very important to start the day in positive way. But as soon as we rearrange the alarm for another 5 minutes to stay in the bed a little more - we are losing our first fight for this day. This way you set yourself up for failure and self-doubt. You in fact noticed that having slept before till the dinner, you got absolutely sluggish and deprived of energy, so every part of your day should have its time.
Try to go to bed earlier and get up earlier, it will make your day more productive.

4. Blame yourself for the past.

We often look back and begin to regret what has already happened. We start to blame ourselves for lack of experience, knowledge or missed opportunity. Such thoughts can build a picture of a bright but not a real future.
Instead of self-flagellation, you should think about what is really good in your present life. Instead of "What could be if ...", say to yourself: "Next time I will ..."!

5. To be agree with everything.

We are afraid of not being in time or missing something. We often say "yes" to every opportunity. But we are not as sure of the correctness of this decision as in the certainty of saying "yes."
