FUN TIME WITH @GEE1:My ThrowbackThursday story

Greetings to y'all steemians 😊.
It's another Thursday today and we all know thursday is for throw back #TBT.

And what makes it more special is because it's a fun time with our steemit evangelist @gee1 🕺🕺.

My today's throw back is inspired by @adedoyinwealth. All thanks to her.

These pictures brings up the memories of my first visit to the zoo in the eastern part of nigeria.

Been a lover of nature and God's creation the zoo was one of the primary reason I said I would like to live in owerri rather than the Abuja I was staying.

It all started when I travelled to aunt's place for a visit in owerri. After about one week of staying, we had a discussion which led to us talking about visiting the zoo.

You need to see how happy🤸🤸 I was that particular day.

I felt happier because I was take pictures to pepper my friends whom were Abuja on facebook.

I quickly got dressed up and my aunt neighbor's child said she wanted to follow us too, so we took her with us.

Sorry I couldn't take pictures of the entrance because I didn't remember doing that. - all I wanted to see was the animals.

We entered,payed and our tour guide took us to different places around the zoo.

First was the SNAKE.
on our way to see the the snake, I took pictures of birds, monkey, cow and horse.

Here's the picture of another species of the aves.

Here the picture of two monkey in it's cage, feeding.
They were feeding like two kids that was served little food by rushing the food before it will finish.

Actually that cow was to be killed the next day to feed the other animals.
I was like 😮😮 this animals dey enjoy oo😂😂.

Then we saw the snake. it was inside it's coven.

This picture reminds me of this quote,
"Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees".

**And this reminds that "There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, There is a rapture on the lonely shore, There is society, where none intrudes, By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more. **

Next was the crocodile.

I was able to see one.

And our back I saw this monkey👇

While taking picture of it, I was warned to be careful if not it will collect my phone.... And I was like 🙆🙆.
Let me come and be going oo, I can't loose this my phone please 😂😂.

we then moved on.

And this a monkey breastfeeding her week old baby...

The monkey that ate our banana and kept his mouth like he didn't eat anything.... *rolls eyes😂😂.

the tallness of this aves species kept me wondering because I was told she was still a child. (have forgotten how old she is)

I was first afraid of getting my hand been bitten or eaten by it, but then I was told she won't do me any harm.
And I try feeding her.

I love her because she was cooperative, on like the husband (the lion) who went into the cage 👇

And finally meet my first time on a horse 😂.

I was happy that day because I will be able to rant, if I was asked again about riding on a horse.

Then Las Las in nigeria voice ..
I remembered that saying my aunt do tell me, about me been a small boy.
I guess I'm after all with this👇.
