4: The path ahead
How do we find the strength to go on when the weight of the past, and the fears of the future are so daunting and incapacitating.
What can fuel hope and optimism when darkness continues to creep ever so slowly, each day gaining a little more ground the harder you push it back. Relentless.
Perhaps the path ahead should be viewed as a challenge on how long can it be kept at bay before it consumes you, and even if you are consumed, perhaps it more of a transformation into a new state of being. Perhaps there is nothing to be feared.
