Well, I would like to give wife here a compliment but I will rather be silent.

I think with all that is happening, one can say that steem has a long way to go and many of us would not have the balls to see it through and it's understandable. It's doesn't really matter because we all in some way would have contributed to the history and success of this blockchain.
Suggestions:

I think we should incorporate polls into the blockchain as they do on Twitter. I can have an idea and put a poll up to see how many persons agree or disagree with it. This way we gather the opinion and also correct misconceptions. I believe some of these top steemians have the interest of the blockchain at heart (and theirs a little more). Some of the ideas are great but misconstrued, so I advice simplifying their goals and objectives, not everyone speaks codes.
P.s i was more concerned about where you where going with your analogy of the building and not the building itself. Now i have to go back and read properly. Whew!
