Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules.It is essential to keep our body fit and sound. Physical exercise is of various kinds. Good fromd of exercise are walking,swimming, riding, raring,rowing,gymnastics,wrestling and playing many outdoor and indoor games.
All froms of exercise are not suitable for alo men. If a weak man takes part in a football game or hockey, he will get tried.It does no good to him.Walking is the best kind of exercise for all in all circumstance.
