Healthy when crying

The point is that, llorar eliminates by tears several toxins that have active our cortisol, the hormone that makes us feel stress.
Then, if you were crying a long time, the body, instinctively was striving to slow down your breathing, therefore, when you stop crying, the body is still in that mechanism to take you to calm and it does so by releasing oxytocin. Therefore, it usually gives us sleepiness or fatigue that induces us to sleep and repair ourselves. If your head hurts, it's because of dehydration. Take a stop of glasses of water and rest.
On the other hand, suppress the crying, intensifies the accumulation of anger and aggressiveness, which can be somatized, that is, it can make us physically sick.
