Theft? - Cleanup - 1011
I found these today when I was cleaning up my city. I would guess they were stolen although the other possibility is someone was hired to put them up but didn't do it. One of the candidates is going to pick hers up but she already lost her election.
I did get a lot of cleaning up done at like 4 properties and I mowed my yard as well.

Maybe there was too many and so they got dumped, still good job clearing-up.
