Follow-up treatment to General Hospital
Hello everyone..
After taking care of the referral letter to Cut Meutia General Hospital two days ago, today I finally got a recommendation letter to undergo further treatment at a larger and more complete hospital.
Reference letter
I got ready in the morning because I had to travel by motorbike for approximately 40 KM. I also didn't come alone, I also brought my wife and little daughter with me. This can be another challenge because the weather conditions outside the house were cloudy.
However, I am grateful because I arrived at Cut Meutia General Hospital on time. I immediately met the medical staff at the reception and went through the registration process. Then an officer helped me to fill out a sheet and after that I was asked to see a specialist doctor in the Urology Polyclinic room.
Before I saw the doctor, a nurse checked my blood pressure, and after that I was asked to drink a lot of water.
Shortly after that I was asked to enter the ultrasound room to check the condition of my bladder. This is a health complaint problem that I am currently experiencing.
After being examined twice, I finally met a Urology specialist for a consultation. After an interview for about 20 minutes, the doctor decided to do a physical test and gave me a prescription and some suggestions that I should do during the treatment process.
There was no definite diagnosis which made me a little disappointed, but from the prescription I was given I could read about my condition. However, the doctor asked me to rest more and do a re-check in the next two weeks because there was a follow-up examination process in order to collect data before deciding what steps to take regarding my illness.

After getting a prescription sheet, I immediately went to the hospital pharmacy to get the medicine. But unfortunately, of the three types of recommended drugs, there was only one type of drug in the hospital pharmacy. So I had to buy it myself at another pharmacy outside the hospital.
I continued my journey to the city of Lhokseumawe and stopped at the Kimia Farma pharmacy. This is the most complete pharmacy in the city of Lhokseumawe. To get these medicines I had to spend around 75 Steem.
Because I was too tired, I stopped at Ujong Blang beach before continuing my journey home. There were still about 20 KM left to get home.
I chose a simple hut to rest and then ordered two cups of drinks and food. Meanwhile, my daughter and my wife looked very tired and they chose to lie down in the hut by the beach.
After an hour of rest, I finally continued my journey back home. This has been a long and tiring journey for me in the past few weeks.
