I just started working out again after I gained like 15lbs over Christmas...it's not getting started that's easy...it's being consistent...especially when things get really busy.

This sounds funny@sperceryan but the fact is most people do face this similar issue when it comes to working out and i could remember i told myself to always work ou for 30minutes everyday but surprisingly,i ended up not doing that for long before stopping...I will just advice you eat healthily and that will control alot of things.ENJOY
Sometimes the simplest activities turn into epic workouts. I like walking with wrist weights, I start shadowboxing, then before I know it it's been over an hour of intense exercising!
Wait until you have kids! Oh man the daily struggle is real. lol
Going to the gym is for retards. Lifting things is the most idiotic thing.
