I love today’s message! I am really a believer in the Three R’s ; I have two contests going to promote them!!

But I really love what you said about engagement!
In fact I was thinking of replicating your Lucky Ten Comment Upvote practice in my Communities Banking and Finance: 500 members and Flower Pictures: 400 members. While these communities are growing fast I see the same problem you describe, not enough comments and mutual upvotes.

I plan to follow your lead and reward engagement with a Lucky Ten percent vote of my own. I am definitely not as big as @steemcurator01 or any of the other steemcurator accounts, but I am bigger then most of my members, so I think my 10% vote is still appreciated.

Lastly, I wanted to say thank you for creating such a positive presence and focusing on recruitment, rewards and retention. I have many ideas of my own to help Steemit, in terms of the communities I have created, but I am really putting a lot of energy and focus into following your lead and promoting your programs and themes because I think that will ultimately make us the most successful.

We should all row in unison to get the most from all our efforts.
