THE DIARY GAME: 10/08/2020: WELCOME TO JAMES ASSURANCE DIARY EPISODE 8. TOUR CONTINUES. THE DIARY GAME SEASON 2

Dear diary,

Today, we indeed took a walk of life. It all started with checking out from our hotel, and then we suggested we take a final walk around the neighborhood. We started with a walk to the Atlantic Ocean, where we observed and experienced one of the amazing wonders of nature. The boisterous currents of the wind and the raging torrents of the sea tides swept through our bodies as we glazed through the waters. We ended up doing some rock climbing and picking of some oyster shells at the beach.

Another highlight of the day was when we walked to Freedom Park to take a peek at some ostriches and ducks and admired the flowers that portrayed the glamorous beauty of the garden.

Next, we moved to the burial site of one of the presidents of Ghana, Late President John Atta Mills, who happened to have died of throat cancer while he was still in active service. We couldn't take pictures of the burial site as we lacked the permission to take photographs within the premises.

From there, we took a final walk to see the tombstone of one of the founding fathers of ancient Ghana, Late Mr. Kwame Nkrumah PC, who happened to be one of Ghana's astonishing politicians and revolutionists. He was the first Prime Minister and President of Ghana, having led the Gold Coast to independence from Britain in 1957. After the demise of his wife, her remains were buried at the same museum. Over the years, their tombstones have served as a tourist attraction for a lot of foreign tourists.

By the time we finished the tour, we were all fagged out and exhausted. We all managed to walk back to our hotel rooms, get a cold bath, and retired to our beds only to wake up at 11:00 pm to prepare for our return back to Nigeria.
