Thanksgiving challenge day 1

I was brought to this challenge by @earthmother.

Name 3 things to be thankful/grateful for, for 7 days.

The way things have been going for me, it is a bit tough to bring my mind to clear the fog and dig down into myself for these kind of things. And so I try:

• Steemit

I know it's kind of cliché to say that, but honestly the connection with people brightens my day. It is something to look forward to when the days are grim and an escape from my brain that wants to be out of order.

• My Kids

Without them, I wouldn't be seeing the truth to everything in life. They do keep me on my toes and even sometimes get me very angry. But the cuddles, the hugs, the times when they say they miss me and hug me so tight... Nothing can replace that. And the times where they don't want me to go tells me that I am more needed than I think. There are so many reasons why I am grateful to have them. These are just the reasons I have, that I am feeling today.

• My Home

We used to live in a tiny house. We would be so crowded, it made everyone grumpy. Today we have a bigger home with more things that we never asked for. I got a second kitchen in the basement, a sunroom... A dining room! I didn't have one in the last house. The kids get a playroom too. We have a good lot and a greenhouse :D

I don't have any pictures right now.. I would be sharing the same pictures I have already shared. Sorry for that.
