ステーブルコイン最大手のテザー社は2025年第1四半期（1〜3月）に8,888BTCの追加購入を実施したそうで四半期終了翌日にBitfinex取引所から自社のウォールアドレスへの移動が完了したそうでこの購入額は現在のレートで約7.35億ドル（約1,100億円）に相当らしいのですがステーブルコインの発行会社は手数料で凄く儲かっていることが分かります。
Tether, the largest stablecoin company, reportedly purchased an additional 8,888 BTC in the first quarter of 2025 (January to March), and completed the transfer from the Bitfinex exchange to its own walled address the day after the end of the quarter. This purchase amount is apparently equivalent to approximately 735 million dollars at current rates, and it is clear that stablecoin issuers are making a lot of money from fees.
