Moby Mart the Store on wheels which will roam your streets

A new Swedish Company called Wheelys is creating a store that can roam the streets. You got that right, its a mobile store called Moby Mart en it is the same size as a small bus.

Moby Mart will use artificial intelligence and a self driving mechanism powered by solar panels so that the computer can navigate through the streets. In the new prototype they displayed,  it is controllerd by a human but the goal is that in the future an AI will drive the Moby Mart through the streets selling goods.

It will initially try to sell goods like fresh food, sneakers, magazines. You can scan the item you want and with a Moby Mart app the transaction will be automatically handeled. 

The company Wheely's has a partnership with a chinese Univeristy and they got some crazy idea's themselves for the Moby Mart:

• they are trying to let the Moby Mart restock itself in the warehouse.
• they are tyring to give it a drone functionality so that you can also order which the drone can then bring to your home.

But lets keep it realistic at the moment there isn't a detail plan on how to build or support any of these ambitious idea's. Perhaps it could work in the future but for now it is just a new prototype which could turn into something by the end of 2019.
