Традиционно выборы в Украине воспринимаются как нечестные, манипулятивные, и конечно же основная масса избирателей утверждает, что не важно как они проголосовали, все равно посчитают так как им там наверху выгодно.
По этому электронное голосование блокчейн позволило бы решить множество проблем, мешающих честному демократическому волеизъявлению и сделало бы результат выборов однозначно легитимным.
Хочу перечислить на мой взгляд сильные и слабые стороны применения технологии блокчейн в избирательном процессе:
Плюсы:
🔸существенная экономия времени и организацию и подсчёт голосов
🔸 экономия административного ресурса
🔸устранение бюрократических проволочек при голосовании не по месту жительства
🔸прозрачность процесса голосования
🔸однозначная легитимность голосования поскольку невозможно подтасовать результат
🔸невозможность повторного голосования
Минусы:
🔸малое количество людей преклонных лет способных разобраться с цифровыми технологиями
🔸цифровое неравенство между городским и сельским населением
🔸сопротивление внедрению технологии со стороны властей
🔸не ясный законодательный статус технологии
🔸технология не способна решить проблему давления админиресурсом на бюджетников с целью «правильного» голосования

Elections on the detachment: the pros and cons! ️
Traditionally, elections in Ukraine are perceived as dishonest, manipulative, and of course the bulk of voters argue that it does not matter how they voted, they will still count as they are up there profitable.
Therefore, the electronic voting of the detachment would solve many problems that hamper the honest democratic will and make the election result unequivocally legitimate.
I want to list in my opinion the strengths and weaknesses of using blocking technology in the electoral process:
Pros:
Significant time savings and organization and counting of votes
🔸 saving of administrative resources
Elimination of bureaucratic delays in voting not by place of residence
🔸 transparency of the voting process
The unequivocal legitimacy of voting because it is impossible to falsify the result
🔸 impossibility of a repeat vote
Minuses:
A small number of advanced people able to deal with digital technologies
The digital inequality between the urban and rural population
Resistance to the introduction of technology by the authorities
It is not a clear legislative status of technology
🔸 Technology is not able to solve the problem of administrative pressure on public sector employees with a view to "correct" voting
