Google's Security Manager worries about NSA attacks

Google’s Manager of Information Security Heather Adkins said in a conference recently that she worries about NSA attacks. Also said: "Mexican drug cartels can also use the same techniques to hack. So, I worried specific actors than the techniques that they could use."
It is hard to be agree that NSA has the same capability compared to an usual hacker, if we know a little bit of Edward Snowden.
