my apologies for responding so late to this. Almost all of the comments I receive are spam bullcrap.

I've been quite happy with Mint and am about to install it on a second machine. I have only found a few things that simply wont work with it and when I started operating without them, or using a web interface, I slowly started to realize that they were mostly a waste of time anyway and I can easily live without them.
