5 Things That iPhones Can't Do!

in #technology7 years ago (edited)

Apple being the most desired gadget on planet earth, apple is unable to do certain things, or built wise, its unit can’t be updated like you can customize an android.
There are still 5 things that iPhones still can't do - features that other popular mobile phone brands have already integrated into their phones and devices.

I. Wireless and Fast-charging:

iPhones still don't come with a feature of wireless charging and fast charging. Mobile brands like Samsung, Google and LG have features that allows users wireless charging capability in their mobile phones. However the iPhone still did not come up with wireless charging feature. Also, phones such as Pixel and Samsung Galaxy S8 come with USB-c fast charging capability, which happens to be significant faster than iPhone lightning connector charging capability.

II. Expandable Storage:

iPhones don't come with the capability of expandable storage. Other mobile phone brands allow their users have the option to expand the storage through SD-Cards which go into the SD-Card slots that come in those mobile phones. iPhones have not yet come up with any feature that allows the user to have the option to expand the storage like that. Users have to stick to the amount of storage that the iPhone initially come with, when they're bought. Even tho apple actually got great storage, the option of upgrade is intentionally left out.

III. Multiple Phone Numbers:

iPhones still did not come up with a feature that allows users to use multiple phone numbers in one phone, as they don't have the option of putting in multiple SIM cards. This can be a hassle for users who want to combine their multiple phone numbers. For example, many users prefer to combine and use their work phone number and personal phone number in the same phone. apple probably never doing the dual sim features anytime soon.

IV. Third-party Browsers:

iPhone users don't have the freedom to choose their own default browser in your phones. Even if you do, external links are opened with safari. Other phones give their users the freedom to have this choice. For example, Android users can choose their own default browser in their phones. iPhones come with Safari as default browser and users have to stick with it. They don't have the option to use third-party browsers. Android users can basically use any browser as their default.

V. Third-party Messenger Apps:

Another feature the iPhone users are deprived of, is the option to use third-party messenger apps. iPhone users have to use the inbuilt Messages app that the phones come with. However, Android users have the option to have a choice, when it comes to their preferred messenger app from various third-party apps.

Even though the features mentioned above are missing in the iPhones that have been released so far, we hope that iPhones of the near future will integrate these capabilities because they would offer the users more convenience as well as freedom of choice. The current top-notch features of iPhones, along with their beautiful design and interface, combined with the features mentioned above, would only further increase the demand for this highly popular mobile phone brand.
