Technology has invaded us in an overwhelming way, becoming us agents dependent on it; forcing many traditional media to take a next step to continue in the market, that's where Digital Marketing begins.


What is the digital marketing?

More than one will already be familiar with the term, however this new discipline is about studying the behavior of the market and its consumers themselves, analyzing the commercial management of the companies with the sole purpose of being an object of attraction for capture, retain the final clientele through the satisfaction of their wishes and needs.


The 4 Ps of digital marketing.

In marketing there is a simple formula to identify and work on the essential elements of your marketing strategy, and those are the 4 Ps of the DM.

Product or service. It turns out to be the origin of any marketing strategy, because it is the key to keeping the wishes of the target audience satisfied. Meeting our expectations as a company, offering products that reflect the consumer's need beyond the characteristics of the object itself.

Place. There are several strategic places of commercialization of which we can highlight the Ecommerce, which refers to online stores; trying to take the store home instead of the consumer to the store. Up to a distribution chain with physical stores in various parts of the world. All this has the objective of facilitating the potential clientele to access the product or service offered in a simple way.

Price. It is the price that we will put our product or service turns out to be a very important decision within the marketing strategy.

Promotion. In order to increase sales, the promotion is the marketing and communication action that is accessed to disseminate features and benefits of our product or service.


There are a large number of digital marketing, however today I will mention two.

Direct marketing.

— Direct marketing are campaigns aimed at a certain determined audience that is desired to be attracted. This type of direct marketing has two objectives.

Winning customers and promoting their loyalty is the priority. On the other hand, the objective of customer loyalty can be linked to repeat the purchase or maintain the permanent purchase of a product or several products of a predetermined brand.

Also, those organizations whose primary objective is not the sale of products, develop a direct marketing; to win partners, sponsors and others.

How does direct marketing work?

Direct marketing is a direct dialogue. Through which, companies want to establish a mutual interaction between them and customers and keep this contact as long as possible. Through this marketing, companies can adjust to the wishes of the client according to the offers adapted to their needs and offer an individual treatment.


Email Marketing.

Any page at the time of registration or even without it offers advertising by mail. This is a technique used by companies to contact their target audience through email. It is the most accepted since it is totally optional.
