Potential new technology

In essence, EOS is an optimization and upgrade of Ethereum, or it has chosen a different technical route and development path from Ethereum, but it has a similar goal to provide infrastructure for decentralized applications.

In such a process, it is difficult to say whether there will be new technologies that can better balance decentralization, security and high performance. Maybe there is a new consensus mechanism? Maybe there is a new breakthrough in cryptography? ......

Is there a better combination of technology and social practice? I don’t know, but something new will come out in the future.
