Foreign Aid

Any kinds of goods and services provided by one nation to another nation are foreign aid from an economic perspective. Economic and technological supported provided by the socio-economically adventure nation to less developed nation is foreign aid.

Foreign aid is given as a loan, subsides loan, discount in trade, goods, technological supports and consultation, investment, provision of scientific equipment, technical training, availability of human resources, etc. It is generally utilized for infrastructural development, educational development, health improvement, human rights, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. The main target and long-term vision of foreign aid are to create the situation in which the nation does not need any foreign aid in future.
