Tears of Grief, Tears of Relief
My mother was seventy-three when she took her last breath. "She has died," a nurse told my two sisters. Then the doctor confirmed that death had occured.
I was working that time when my older sister called me. I hurriedly went to the hospital, talked to them and cried together.
I knew the feeling what happens in the first hour after a death can have a profound effect on a family that grieves. My family is now on emotional outburst and copious tears while some family members tried to deny it. I acknowledged their statements of despair.
Guilty About Grieving
Some people actually feel guilty when grieve over the death of a loved one. In most cases, it's their belief in the natural immortality of the soul that causes their things of guilt.
Biblical Comfort
Jesus had a close friend named Lazarus. When Lazarus died, Jesus cried. He blended His tears with those of the family.
Now, i realized that if your hearts are heavy and sad, you just go right ahead and cry.
"Tears are the jewels of remembrance--painful, but glistening with the beauty of the past."
What's more, in the midst of our grief the Bible assures us that death doesn't have the final word. Because Jesus rose from the grave after dying the second death for humanity, we have the hope that, at His return, our loved ones will also be resurrected to receive immortality.
Life may end temporarily, but the Life-Giver, will call our loved ones from the grave with the ressurection trumpet at the Second Advent.
She is always there in your heart.
Please receive our heartfelt condolences.
