🦑 Squid Meehoon/Beehoon/Rice Noodle

🤔To be honest, this food do not have any official name so i just direct translate from chinese sounded above.

If you are like me locally from Seremban, i bet you are familiar with this or probably one of your favorite food back in hometown like me! 😏

Once in a while i’ll be dropping by Seremban for my work purpose but due to time limitation i always forgot about hunting some of my favorite foods in hometown (Seremban). Somehow yesterday from this post is written after my work in Seremban, i heard a calling from this Squid 😂 which pronounce it as craving call.

What so special about this?

I’m not too sure about the right recipe, but i can tell what kind of ingredients since is my childhood food for many years trying different varieties offer by different shop. To be honest actually nothing special with the ingredients just the taste match up in the perfect manner thats make it sometime crave about it.

Ingredients

• Beehon / Meehoon / Rich Noodle
• Squid’s gravy
• Squid
• Slow cook pork (this is core ingredient even do not have the name on this dish. The meat’s fragrance and tender of the meat that ties everything together)

Where did i eat this?

I manage to bring my buddy #joecheng head over to food court in Blossom Height (picture shown below) to grab a taste of this Squid Rice Noodle.

Its applicable in Seremban from breakfast, lunch and even dinner but only available in different location with each of every shop having unique taste.

Where does this located?

I’ll be sharing when and where to locate different location of different “Squid Rice Noodle” availability. Since its a childhood memory so i’m not to sure other than Blossom Height is available anot but i am sure the business is kinda great so i suppose still exist for any of you who interested to experience the taste of it.

First we will talk about having Squid as breakfast or lunch, you can locate this in 3 different location of more.

1. 753, Seremban Pasar Besar, Jalan Besar, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Malaysia.
   

2. Somewhere near Thivy Jaya beside a petrol station (Petron). - No image available

3. A shop located in Taman Thivy Jaya itself - No image available, for those image not available i’ll see when i be heading back Seremban and try to get the location and share to those interested.

Usually i never try this at dinner but since in Blossom Height currently opening hour is evening i bet is the best place to try out this great dish.
